Was wondering around Pasadena early morning and came upon this restaurant honestly wow!!! Speechless the food was awesome . Welcomed as soon as we came in .The service was fast and attending .the server cris was very active and aware Love the vibes will totally recommended this place

But let me tell you--**Tom's Famous in Pasadena on Walnut and Mar Vista** has completely won me over! Their food is SO good, and they have everything I could ask for. First off, the fact that they have a **drive-through** is a game-changer! You get the convenience of fast food with the quality of a diner. Speaking of which, the food is prepared quickly but is packed with authentic flavor. Their **homemade salsas** are delicious, and the customer service is excellent--friendly, attentive, and fast. I'm honestly surprised more people don't know about this place. The food is top-notch, the portions are huge, and the prices are great. I ordered the **Chilaquiles Mexican Combo for just $12**, and it was a massive, high-quality meal. You really get your money's worth here. If you're looking for a new spot to enjoy amazing Mexican food, you've got to check them out. This is definitely my new favorite place, and I can't wait to come back for more!

I just want to start off by saying the guy at the register was SUPER friendly. You order at the register and they give you a number. They'll bring you your food. This restaurant is a SOLID diner... but be prepared to sit on toilet. - Tom's Special Omelette 5/5 Pretty yummy omelette. Hash browns are very crispy and thick. It's delicious. - Cheeseburger 3.5/5 Normal cheeseburger, nothing special. - Chili Cheese Fries 4.5/5 Pretty good chili cheese fries!! Except some pieces of beef were pink indicating they weren't cooked all the way. Parking is free in the lot, or street!

We stopped in at Tom's to try their breakfast on a Sunday. I was craving a BLT and remembered my friends who live in the area, frequently go there for breakfast. I ordered a BLT combo, my lady got a ham & egg breakfast plate.. we shared an order of caramelized strawberry pancakes. The BLT that I ordered ended up being a BLTA... I wasnt expecting the avocado but it ended up being ok because it balanced out the saltiness & smokiness of the bacon. Btw, the bacon was aplenty, perfectly crispy and delicious. I asked for the fries to be well done and they were crispy. They got it so right. Just the way we like it. My lady liked her ham & egg breakfast plate that came with hash browns. She should have ordered it well done so the hash was little crispier but they were still good. The strawberry pancakes were very good. Caramelized strawberries and whipped cream topping on fluffy pancakes. Perfect sweet bite for our late breakfast. Definitely recommend it. Food was good. Service was fine but they forgot the white toast that was supposed to come with the ham & egg breakfast... It looked like some of the tables took a while to be cleared. It made for a little bit of a messy look to the dining area. Plenty of parking in their lot. Street parking also available. Drive-thru window is also an option. Order & pay at the register, take a number and your order will be brought to you.
